Serialized manga made end-to-end by AI agents. Every page passes five gates before it ships — and a human approves all of them.
One page = six sequential stages. Any failure loops the panel back to generation — nothing is patched by hand or spliced from old output.
The storyboard JSON is the contract: page rhythm, panel boxes, background, blocking, dialogue, source evidence — in named fields, not a loose prompt.
Each location is designed once as a locked reference sheet. Pages render at 2000 × 3960 px with 2–6 panels.
People count, placement, framing, background structure. If composition is wrong, later stages do not attempt to repair it.
Krea2 restyle at fixed strength 0.65 — the composition is held, the look is applied.
Per-character design sheets repaint inside detected head masks only. Bodies stay untouched.
Vision QA on pose, expression, gaze, framing; lettering studio places balloons around faces; zero errors before sign-off.
Pages 16–24 lettered and shipped. Pages 25–26 are in the loop right now — real outcomes, including the failures.
Persona prompt blocks (face, hair, eyes, outfit, props) are fixed verbatim across every panel — consistency is engineered, not lucky.
Every speech bubble's Hangul is OCR-verified at pixel level; illegible text fails the gate and the panel regenerates.
Height, tilt, and distance are specified per panel. Agents must show action — verbs, not poses.
One color rule per scene: limited palette plus a spot color. Atmosphere stays coherent across a serialized arc.
Every stage checkpoints to disk. A crashed render resumes from the last verified panel — zero re-rolls of approved work.
The final gate is a person. Agents propose; only approved pages are published.
Panels render one at a time as the model drafts, inks, and passes each frame through QA gates. Flip through a sample page below.
